REHABILITATE: (re-ha-bil-i-tate) - ObserveDefinition: to restore or bring to a condition of health or useful and constructive activity.

Before you get to your destination, you need to know where you are.  One of the most powerful tools in functional rehabilitation programs is called Behavioral Monitoring.  This usually entails measuring how active you are during the day, how much sleep you are getting, and how much your pain levels fluctuate as you live your life.

We use the latest in mobile health technology to automatically track your activity, sleep, and pain ratings to get a "snapshot" of where you are, so we can help your overall rehabilitation from pain or physical deactivation.  By simply wearing a small, inconspicuous device for a week or so, we can capture valuable data about how you are functioning, and share it with your treatment team (with your permission of course).

After we collect your information, we can track your improvement over time, so that you can more easily visualize your progress. Give us a call or email for more information.
